With ten years of rope access experience, Aedan brings a meticulous attention to detail to Ascent Building Maintenance. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Aedan combines his technical expertise with a natural aptitude for innovation and problem-solving. When he’s not working, you can find him embracing the great outdoors through surfing, mountain biking, or snowboarding.

A hardworking professional with a decade of rope access experience, Blaide is known for his tireless work ethic and hands-on approach. His passion for the industry drives his ability to tackle challenges head-on. Outside of work, Blaide stays energized with his love of coffee and dedication to fitness, often found working out at the gym or preparing for his next scuba diving trip.

“I'm so glad our building management found this company! We had them cleaning our high rise condo windows in June. I contacted them to do the windows inside of my unit and also the balcony windows. It saved me time and it was worth it not to have to clean floor-to-ceiling windows myself! It can be scary when you live high up. 2 gentlemen showed up and cleaned quickly and with care. They were careful not to drip on my white carpet, and made sure not to miss any spot or corners. Way better job than I could have done. And now, the building has hired them to come back this week for a second exterior cleaning and they are treating the windows because the sun can cause damage over time. These guys are great. I'm definitely going to contact them next year. Spring cleaning made simpler!”
