“New contractor for our condo complex. 3 big high rises in Calgary. I reached out about having interior windows and deck glass cleaned. Aedan was responsive and professional. He went the extra mile to help secure the rattles on my deck glass. Absolutely recommend this awesome young man and his company. Thank you!”

“I'm so glad our building management found this company! We had them cleaning our high rise condo windows in June. I contacted them to do the windows inside of my unit and also the balcony windows. It saved me time and it was worth it not to have to clean floor-to-ceiling windows myself! It can be scary when you live high up. 2 gentlemen showed up and cleaned quickly and with care. They were careful not to drip on my white carpet, and made sure not to miss any spot or corners. Way better job than I could have done. And now, the building has hired them to come back this week for a second exterior cleaning and they are treating the windows because the sun can cause damage over time. These guys are great. I'm definitely going to contact them next year. Spring cleaning made simpler!”

Frequently Asked Questions

What is rope access building maintenance?

Rope access (industrial rope access) uses certified dual-rope systems so technicians can work safely on high-rise and hard-to-reach exteriors without full scaffolding. Ascent’s team is SPRAT-certified for at-height building maintenance in Calgary.

Are your technicians SPRAT-certified?

Yes. Ascent Building Maintenance provides SPRAT-certified rope access expertise for high-rise window cleaning, glass replacement, facade and stucco work, bird control, and BEVA inspections.

How does rope access compare to scaffolding or swing stages?

Rope access often mobilizes faster, costs less on focused scopes, and creates less disruption for tenants and pedestrians than scaffolding or swing stages — while still following strict work-at-height safety standards.

What services does Ascent offer in Calgary?

We offer high-rise window cleaning, building glass replacement, stucco repair, bird control, facade repair, and Building Envelope Visual Assessments (BEVA), all delivered with rope access where height demands it.

Do you only work on high-rises?

We specialize in high-rise and commercial buildings where rope access shines, and we also support multi-storey exteriors that need safe, efficient work at height across Calgary, AB.

How do I get a free quote?

Will your work disrupt building tenants?

We plan access to minimize disruption. Rope access typically has a smaller footprint than scaffolding, and we coordinate timing with property management whenever possible.
